Booking & estimates

Booking an appointment or submitting an estimate request creates a request — not a guaranteed reservation. Your appointment is not fully confirmed until Youth Labor Squad reviews the details and contacts you. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you submit.

Pricing

Starting prices are examples. Final pricing depends on job size, time on site, materials, travel, condition of the site or hair, and any additional work agreed to on the day. We will always share the expected price before starting work.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations after the crew has traveled to your location may be billed for the trip.

On-site conduct

Our crews will treat you and your property with respect. In return, we ask customers to provide a safe working environment and to treat crew members respectfully. We reserve the right to end a job if the environment becomes unsafe or hostile.

Photos & content

We may occasionally photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media. We will not photograph you or people in your household without permission and will not share any images that identify you without consent.

Liability

Youth Labor Squad is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damages outside the scope of the work performed. If you believe we caused a problem, contact us within 7 days at contact@youthlaborsquad.org and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
